Liv Brasil is a swimwear manufacturer focused on bringing the best B2B experience from start to finish.

THE CHALLENGE

Liv Brasil had many difficulties in making their clients understand how their process works in developing a swimwear line - while having a poor visual image to its audience. Located in Brazil, they provide their services to B2B clients mostly from the USA and Europe. In addition, they had a B2C swimwear brand with the same name, which made everything even more difficult. At some point, you could tell that it was competing with its own clients because part of its designs was the same offered as Ready-to-Go designs to B2B clients.

THE SOLUTION

The B2B and the B2C part of the business were separated into two different brands in every aspect: Strategy, Target, Messaging, and Visuals. 

Top clients of Liv Brasil were interviewed to understand what the brand represents to them and their business. They all commented on how truthful Liv Brasil is as a partner, and how they could count on the brand to make things work in the most personalized way possible while being very attentive to the environment: Liv Brasil offers Eco-Friendly Fabric options, using leftovers to build pet beds to NGOs that rescue abandoned animals. The brand also supports the Fashion Revolution Movement, providing fair wages to its manufacturing team.

An institutional approach was created without losing sight of care and friendship - because it’s just their DNA. Their verbal attitude was aligned with a spark of youngness while showing professionalism and integrity. The tagline “Your label, your way, our partnership” was defined to reinforce this idea of true commitment.

Visually speaking, the project started from zero apart from their name. They had no visual presence and consistency, so we’ve built an easy-going, friendly atmosphere with a touch of colorful Brazil.
